Pulsar Capital Limited is a boutique investment bank and a licensed corporation governed by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) to carry out Type 6 (Advising on Corporate Finance) and Type 1 (Dealing in Securities) regulated activities.

We act as sponsor in listing applications, responsible for coordinating the entire listing process, undertaking due diligence and acting as the primary liaison with the regulators. We also act as financial advisor for companies listed in Hong Kong to provide advice on corporate transactions such as M&A and DCM.

Job title: Analyst, Investment Banking

Role and Responsibilities:

• Major job duties include assisting executives in due diligence, preparing financial analysis and supporting daily administrative work, etc.
• May need to travel to overseas, including China.
• Appropriate candidates should be hardworking, detail-oriented and committed.
• Candidates interested to develop a career in investment banking may apply.

Requirements:

• University Degree holder in finance, accounting, or related disciplines.
• With strong awareness of the financial industry and market developments.
• Proactive team player with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English, plus written Chinese and English
